Overview
Summoned to another world as a knight, Lee Hwan willingly raised his sword for the one he loved most. But all that awaited him was his lover's ice-cold betrayal. As death loomed before him, Hwan chose to claim control over his final moment—hurling himself from a cliff's edge. Then, like a twisted miracle, he found himself thrown back three years into the past. Desperate to escape the same doomed fate, he dreams of returning to Earth and flees from everyone he once knew. But his solitary journey takes an unexpected turn when Absalom appears—a friend declaring his love and begging to stay by Hwan's side. Though his heart wavers toward Absalom, Hwan struggles to trust him. How could he? This devoted companion who professes such tender feelings is the very same dragon who betrayed him at the end—the monster he was destined to destroy.
Main Characters
Lee Hwan: The Dimensional Traveler. Once a selfless knight who would sacrifice everything to save the world, only to face ultimate betrayal. After his regression, his goal has shifted from world salvation to a simple wish: returning safely to Earth. To achieve this, he approaches Absalom with calculated intent. Absalom: The Dragon. Before the regression, he was the destined enemy Hwan was fated to slay. But now, in this twisted second timeline, he conceals his true identity and draws close to Hwan, becoming his most trusted companion
Memorable Quote
Then, at some point, he completely lost his mind. If it meant having Lee Hwan in his grasp, even his very existence as a dragon became meaningless. In the end, he committed an act no dragon in history had ever dared to do.
